The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CredShields, you will be responsible for

generating and qualifying outbound pipeline across target accounts globally. You will identify,

engage, and qualify prospective customers while representing an AI-powered offensive security

platform built for modern engineering and security teams.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role designed for ambitious sales professionals who thrive

in outbound prospecting, enjoy engaging with technical buyers, and want to build their career at the

intersection of AI and cybersecurity.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage outbound pipeline through structured prospecting across email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events, and other channels.
  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders across Security, Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Technology leadership teams.
  • Execute highly personalized outbound campaigns designed to generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their security challenges, infrastructure environment, current testing processes, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert qualified prospects into high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, pipeline visibility, and reporting discipline.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize messaging, targeting strategies, and outbound performance.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies using data, feedback, and market insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or SDR roles.
  • Experience selling or prospecting into cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, or technology-focused organizations is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified pipelines through cold outreach and multi-channel prospecting.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a disciplined approach to activity management and execution.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn cybersecurity concepts, cloud security, API security, application security, and DevSecOps.
  • Ability to understand complex technical topics and communicate their business impact effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in converting cold outreach into meetings with senior decision-makers.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to independently build and manage pipelines.
  • Strong execution discipline and consistency in high-growth, high-velocity GTM environments.
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure software, or enterprise SaaS is a strong advantage.
