Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, outbound outreach, prospect qualification, and scheduling meetings with potential clients across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound outreach methods.
- Reach out to potential clients in the US, Canada, India, UK, and Gulf countries.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, and CRM platforms for lead generation activities.
- Draft and send follow-up emails to prospects.
- Track daily outreach activities and sales pipeline progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and company offerings.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools is preferred.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, cloud, or technology services is an added advantage.
