What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative – Oracle Cloud Growth, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers who are exploring Oracle Cloud solutions.

You will create early-stage sales pipeline by connecting with target accounts, understanding customer needs, and introducing Oracle's cloud portfolio, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Applications.

In this role, you will:

  • Generate and qualify demand through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, account-based outreach, and digital campaigns.
  • Identify customer needs and business challenges that may be addressed through Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Engage prospects in value-led conversations around cloud adoption, AI, data modernization, and application transformation.
  • Communicate Oracle's value proposition clearly and confidently to business and technical audiences.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Partner teams to progress qualified opportunities.
  • Use CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to improve outreach quality and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, activity, and opportunity information.
  • Consistently achieve activity, pipeline generation, and qualification goals.

What You'll Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or customer engagement.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, software, cloud, or digital solutions is preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and discovery skills.
  • Interest in cloud computing, data platforms, AI, and digital transformation.
  • A proactive, organized, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and engage effectively in customer conversations.
  • Experience with tools such as Oracle CX Sales, Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach, or similar platforms is advantageous.
