Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for consistently generating and qualifying leads, making outbound calls, and setting up meetings for the sales team. They will also be responsible for consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets, maintaining and updating the CRM system, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems, Apollo.io , Sales Navigator is must
