Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Independently identify, research, and generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn, digital platforms, and other sources.
Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
Strategic Outreach: Conduct consultative calls with decision-makers to provide tailored insights about our solutions.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage follow-up meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless handover to the sales team.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and pipeline management.
Technology Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of relevant technologies to engage confidently with prospects and address their requirements.
Key Requirements
5–6 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative.
Strong ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
Experience in using CRM and sales tools effectively.
