As the Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales operations and executing sales strategies that align with the company's growth ambitions.
Role Overview
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, property portals, events, etc.)
- Engage prospects to understand their property needs, investment preferences, and buying timelines
- Schedule property site visits or virtual consultations for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM systems
- Nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and meeting targets
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
- Provide feedback on lead sources, campaigns, and customer insights
Key Requirements / Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-4years of experience in inside sales, real estate tele-calling, or lead generation
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- High energy, result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to handle multiple leads and priorities efficiently
