As the Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales operations and executing sales strategies that align with the company's growth ambitions.

Role Overview

  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, property portals, events, etc.)
  • Engage prospects to understand their property needs, investment preferences, and buying timelines
  • Schedule property site visits or virtual consultations for the sales team
  • Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM systems
  • Nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and meeting targets
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
  • Provide feedback on lead sources, campaigns, and customer insights

Key Requirements / Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4years of experience in inside sales, real estate tele-calling, or lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • High energy, result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and priorities efficiently
