About the job

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who loves building conversations, understands business problems, and helps companies discover how BotSpace can transform the way they automate sales and customer engagement using WhatsApp and AI.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers - identifying prospects, reaching out to them, and guiding them towards understanding how BotSpace can help them grow faster.

You'll need the following skillsets to be successful in this role

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role (preferably in SaaS or B2B)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of CRM, lead generation, and outreach workflows
  • Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot
  • Comfortable with outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Ability to identify business needs and tailor conversations accordingly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
  • Experience managing leads in a CRM, maintaining follow-up cadence, and reporting progress
  • As a fully remote team, we're looking for hands-on, proactive candidates who can take ownership and deliver results

What You'll Do

  • Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers in target markets
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects pain points and challenges
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain lead hygiene and track all activities in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and qualified leads
  • Continuously learn and refine messaging, outreach strategies, and sales skills
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and a great customer experience
