We are looking for high-energy Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to fuel the sales pipeline and accelerate growth.
Prospecting & Outreach
- Research and identify potential clients aligned with PadCare's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Conduct targeted outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and events to generate interest.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing
- Evaluate leads using set criteria (company size, budget, ESG goals, need) to ensure sales-fit.
- Nurture warm prospects, building trust and advancing them down the funnel.
Appointment Setting & Pipeline Generation
- Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Consistently deliver a steady flow of qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Collaboration with Marketing
- Share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance with the Marketing team.
- Leverage both marketing-generated leads and self-sourced leads to drive opportunities.
- Provide insights from prospect conversations to Marketing & Product for refining campaigns and offerings.
Position in the Funnel
- Operate at the top of the funnel, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline creation.
- Ensure continuity of high-quality leads flowing into the sales cycle.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales Development / Lead Generation / Inside Sales.
- Prior experience in high-growth startups, , ESG, or sustainability-driven sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
- Proven ability to research and prospect into enterprise/B2B accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead enrichment platforms, and outbound engagement tools.
- High resilience, persistence, and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Collaborative mindset to work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
