Roles and Responsibilities

- Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to introduce potential customers to Pepper Content's products and services.
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and digital communication channels to understand their requirements and explain the company's value proposition.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records for all lead interactions, progress, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies, outreach methods, and messaging.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Provide detailed feedback to the sales team on customer needs, objections, and market insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate with prospects.
