Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day activities such as managing customer inquiries, supporting sales operations, and coordinating with the sales team to streamline processes. The role involves ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and clients, maintaining records and reporting, and assisting in driving overall organizational sales efforts.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations processes
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in supporting sales teams and contributing to sales success
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic data management tools
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
