Job Description

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide information and support.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Coordination & Support:

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and disseminating relevant information.
  • Ensure the availability of sales-related equipment, materials, and resources.
  • Assist in preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.

After-Sales & Complaint Management:

  • Respond to customer complaints promptly and provide appropriate after-sales support.
  • Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues and provide timely solutions.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Store and organize financial and non-financial data electronically.
  • Generate and present reports to management on sales activities and customer interactions.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, laws, and regulations.
