Are unwilling to collaborate with field sales teams, cross-functional internal teams, or external partners
Avoid negotiation, communication, or interaction with distributors, retailers, vendors, or brands
What will you do
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and documentation for offline sales
Act as a central coordination point between field sales officers, offline customers, and internal teams
Maintain the sales database, track daily activities of the sales team, and generate accurate MIS reports
Act as the primary point of contact for distributor, retailer, and customer queries related to orders, pricing, and availability
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and procurement teams to ensure timely product dispatch and delivery
Support field sales officers with order status, scheme details, pricing, and documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key offline accounts
Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and support forecasting and strategy improvements
Collaborate closely with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to drive sales initiatives
Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or B.Tech
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Strong working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas preferred)
Key Skills:
Understanding of the Sports Nutrition market and industry trends
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving mindset with a data-backed and process-driven approach
Work Experience:
23 years of experience in sales coordination / sales operations, preferably in the Sports Nutrition, FMCG, D2C, or Retail industry
