LUNEIQis a growing aesthetic medical technology brand working with dermatologists and clinics across India.

Both businesses are scaling, and we are looking for someone to work directly with the founder and help manage day-to-day operations.

Role Overview:

We are hiring aSales & Operations Coordinatorto handle key business tasks across both companies.

This is ahigh-responsibility role. You will be involved in sales, operations, coordination, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quotations, send quotes, and follow up with clients
• Handle incoming leads and follow-ups for LUNEIQ
• Research compliance requirements for export countries and orders
• Conduct market research (new countries, opportunities)
• Coordinate with:

• SEO agency
• shipping/logistics companies
• social media team
• Handle general day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken English (very important)
• Fast and responsive
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines
• Takes ownership and works independently
