About OneMetric

OneMetric (formerly Growtomation) is a revenue enablement partner for modern B2B teams. We work with global companies to streamline their sales, marketing, and customer success processes using HubSpot and RevOps frameworks, helping them scale efficiently and drive predictable revenue.

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Associate to support and contribute to our outbound and inbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on exposure to B2B sales, prospecting, lead qualification, and revenue generation in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Engage with inbound leads and schedule discovery calls
  • Maintain and update prospect and customer data in the CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps teams to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Track outreach performance and share insights with the sales team
  • Assist in creating and refining sales playbooks, sequences, and outreach templates
  • Support the sales team in achieving pipeline generation targets
  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Customer Success, or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, startups, and B2B SaaS
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership
  • Comfortable with research and structured execution
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes or willingness to learn quickly
  • Understanding/ Hands on exposure to Hubspot/ Salesforce CRMs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, or similar platforms is preferred
  • Exposure to global B2B sales and RevOps processes
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
