Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Associate to join our Gurgaon office. The role involves driving business growth, managing client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.
In addition to sales responsibilities, the candidate will also coordinate on billing, invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and collections to ensure smooth client account management and revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct sales presentations, demos, and solution discussions
- Drive closures and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
- Manage billing coordination and invoice generation
- Follow up with clients for payments and collections
- Maintain accurate sales and client records
- Analyze market trends and contribute to sales strategy planning
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation, sales strategy, and client management
- Understanding of SaaS products and AI-driven technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
- Good coordination and follow-up skills for billing and collections
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in IT / SaaS industries will be an added advantage
