Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, training team members, and managing sales operations. The role will also involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales and Sales Management experience, including implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall performance
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales or marketing within the ceramics or related industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
