Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and fostering relationships with clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, delivering excellent customer service, and conducting product training sessions for clients and team members. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships effectively.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring others to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and lubricant products is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
