Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will drive sales efforts, establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, and develop strategies to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities include training team members, conducting market research, optimizing customer service strategies, and implementing effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and provide excellent client support
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including strategizing and achieving sales targets
- Ability to provide Training and mentoring to team members to ensure a high-performing sales force
- Proficiency in building and executing marketing strategies in a competitive market
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar industry is a plus
