Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities also include managing customer service, delivering sales presentations, conducting training sessions for clients, and overseeing sales processes to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns while exploring new opportunities for market growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies, meeting sales targets, and handling the sales lifecycle
- Ability to lead and conduct Training programs to educate clients about products and services
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on collaboration and solution-oriented conversations
- Additional certifications or knowledge of the aerial robotics or AI industries would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
