Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, executing marketing strategies, and promoting brand offerings. Other key activities include providing excellent customer service, generating sales leads, managing sales processes, and providing training to staff or partners. The role requires a dynamic professional with a keen ability to meet targets and collaborate with the broader marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Management, with an ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve targets.
• Experience in Training staff or partners to enhance their skills and knowledge effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and technologies is an advantage.
• Background or experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
