Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering product or service training to clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing sales activities, optimizing customer engagement, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals will also be required.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients and team members
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a sales and marketing role will be an advantage
