Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Pune for an on-site position. This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also oversee sales operations, participate in customer training sessions, and contribute to achieving organizational sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to develop strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Capability in Training and mentoring clients or team members to ensure product knowledge and understanding of services.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the eco-friendly packaging or sustainability industry is a plus.
