Role Description

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to develop strategies and manage team performance
• Skills in Training and coaching to enhance the effectiveness of sales teams
• Analytical capabilities and a results-driven approach to meet and exceed targets
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales and marketing technologies is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
