Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Pune. The Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales activities, conducting client visits and presentations, coordinating with project teams, and training team members on sales strategies. The role involves marketing efforts like outlining attractive propositions, pricing, and positioning, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer expectations.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
  • Proficiency in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their sales capabilities
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
