Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, liaising with clients to foster partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key activities include delivering exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, conducting training sessions to improve product understanding, and managing sales operations to ensure targets are met. Collaboration with internal teams and participation in industry events will also be essential to achieve strategic marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and clients.
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in the marble or granite industry will be an advantage.
