This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and reaching potential customers, driving sales growth, managing client relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will also be responsible for conducting sales training to enhance team performance and participating in the creation of marketing campaigns to promote BookByOwn's travel services.

• Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive revenue and meet business goals
• Experience in delivering Training to enhance team performance and knowledge
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and familiarity with travel booking platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
