Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Banglore, Chennai India. In this role, the candidate will develop and execute effective sales strategies, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting product training sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales teams to ensure operational excellence and goal alignment. The specialist will also actively collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement impactful promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to lead and support team members effectively
- Proficiency in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
