Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves supporting the sales team, making data-informed marketing decisions, and executing sales strategies to generate leads and close deals. The specialist will also provide excellent customer service, conduct training sessions, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and resolve inquiries in a professional manner
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue generation, meet targets, and manage sales pipelines
- Experience in Training to guide and mentor team members or stakeholders effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Having a background in travel and tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms is desirable
