This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Thane. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving customer acquisition initiatives. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, delivering training to clients and team members, managing sales operations, and providing excellent customer service to align with client objectives and support brand growth.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying opportunities and achieving targets.
• Experience in Training to mentor clients and assist in team development as needed.
• Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with creative branding and marketing strategies is an advantage.
