We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist for an on-site role based in Pune. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns, providing training and support to the sales team, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The position requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies, meeting targets, and building client relationships.
• Experience in Training team members to enhance their knowledge and performance in sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record in driving results and achieving revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technology and its applications is an advantage.
