Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Pune Division. The specialist will develop and execute sales strategies, build and manage customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. They will train and mentor sales staff, manage customer inquiries, and ensure excellent service to enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, promote services, and analyze market trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies, achieving targets, and tracking performance
• Ability to provide Training and support to team members, fostering professional development and a collaborative working environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is a plus
• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or a related industry is advantageous
