Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Pune. The role involves managing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, training teams as needed, and ensuring the effective promotion of the organization's digital signage products and services. The individual will collaborate with marketing teams and identify opportunities to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience and effectiveness in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute Training sessions for teams
- Proficiency in creating strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is an advantage
