Role Overview: We are looking for a mid-level Inside Sales / Business Development Executive who can actively engage with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and healthcare providers to introduce our diagnostic devices, software platforms, and healthcare technology solutions.
The role involves tele-calling, LinkedIn outreach, identifying potential healthcare customers, fixing meetings, and supporting the sales process through deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and build a pipeline of hospitals, pathology labs, diagnostic centers, and clinics.
Conduct outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication to connect with decision-makers such as lab managers, hospital administrators, and doctors.
Generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline.
Meeting Coordination
Fix meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions with potential healthcare customers.
Coordinate with internal leadership and technical teams for deeper product presentations.
Sales Development
Understand the needs of laboratories, clinics, and hospital departments and position relevant solutions.
Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Support proposal discussions, negotiations, and deal closure.
Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers, diagnostic labs, and hospital management teams.
Maintain regular engagement with potential and existing customers.
Reporting & Pipeline Management
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, opportunities, and conversion progress.
Required Skills
Strong communication and calling skills.
Ability to confidently speak with doctors, lab managers, hospital administrators, and healthcare decision-makers.
Experience using LinkedIn and other platforms for outreach and lead generation.
Ability to handle follow-ups and build relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
25 years of experience in healthcare sales, diagnostic equipment sales, or medical device sales.
Experience working with hospitals, diagnostic labs, or clinics is preferred.
Background in biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or business development is an advantage.
