Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Surat, Gujarat. While primarily office-based, the role offers some flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales strategies to meet targets, delivering product training, managing customer service, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and surpass revenue goals through strategic planning and implementation.
• Experience in delivering Training to internal teams or clients to build product knowledge and skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and an understanding of the packaging or related industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and tailor solutions effectively.
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
