Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for presenting and selling the company's technical products to clients, providing technical support, and collaborating with the engineering team to address customer requirements. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and preparing tailored proposals to drive sales. Additional responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting product issues, and staying updated on industry advancements to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients
• Skills in Technical Support and troubleshooting to address customer needs and challenges effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and engaging with clients
• Proven expertise in Sales to develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required
• Knowledge of industrial valve systems or similar products is an advantage
• Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation is beneficial
