Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Surat. Some work-from-home flexibility is available. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the sales process. You will engage in active communication with potential and existing clients, addressing their concerns and delivering solutions that align with their logistical needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and expertise in Lead Generation
  • Excellent skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • A proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (office and remote work)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
