Location: Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Rajkot - Gujrat

CTC: Up to ₹4.0 LPA + Incentives

• Recruit and onboard new team
• Train and develop team to achieve sales targets
• Motivate advisors for lead generation and conversions
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
