Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune Division. The role involves interacting with clients, managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and providing guidance and product training to customers. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also work closely with the marketing team to help promote the company's products and contribute to strengthening the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide effective training and support to clients
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of chromatography products is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software is beneficial
