Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new leads, delivering excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and managing sales activities. The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including the ability to meet sales targets.
- Ability to conduct and deliver impactful Training sessions to guide teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the textiles industry or a related sector is an advantage.
