Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth for our control panel manufacturing industry. This role is a hands-on position requiring the individual to manage the entire sales and marketing lifecycle, from lead generation to customer relationship management.

Roles and responsibilities

1.Actively identify new customer leads and key industry consultants.

2.Conduct client visits, present product capabilities, and secure new business opportunities.

3.Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers and consultants, serving as the primary point of contact.

4.Manage and regularly update the company's LinkedIn and website content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

5.Systematically collect customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product and business strategy.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

2.Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or a technical role within the control panel, automation, or electrical manufacturing industry.

3.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4.Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
