Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and executing market planning activities. Additionally, you will proactively identify sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our IT solutions and services to potential clients. ( Server Network, Switching, Firewall, etc. )

Experience

  • 25 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
  • Preferred Prior experience in IT services, IT infrastructure, Networking, hardware, or solution selling.
  • Any related field or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT,
  • MBA / PGDM (Sales & Marketing) preferred, will be an add-on

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, Network services, hardware, software, and AMC/support services
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demos
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote IT products and services
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities (email campaigns, LinkedIn, website content, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Support branding activities, events, seminars, and partner promotions
  • Prepare marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and operations teams
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer data
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners

Skill

  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research
  • Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal relationship management
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing activities, with an understanding of IT solutions
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competition
  • Proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure services and prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
