Sales & Marketing Executive (AV Solutions Added Advantage)

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth through client-facing sales, relationship management, and marketing coordination. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy interacting with corporate and enterprise clients. Knowledge of Audio-Visual (AV) solutions is an added benefit, but not mandatory.

The selected candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to identify opportunities, present solutions, and support deal closures across corporate and commercial segments.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing sales and marketing role involving direct interaction with customers, proposal coordination, and support for business development initiatives. Candidates with AV or technical exposure will have an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Represent the company professionally with corporate and enterprise clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions
  • Coordinate preparation of quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation
  • Support negotiation and deal closure in coordination with management
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Support marketing initiatives such as corporate events, exhibitions, and product demos
  • Assist in lead follow-ups and customer engagement activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

AV Knowledge (Added Advantage)

  • Basic understanding of AV solutions, conferencing systems, displays, or audio systems is a plus
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution clarification when required
  • Support smooth handover from sales to execution teams

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Confident, professional, and client-oriented approach
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings within and outside Pune
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and align solutions

Experience

  • 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Exposure to corporate or B2B sales preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication and learning ability may also be considered

Education

  • Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
  • Technical or AV background is an added advantage, not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 4,00,000 7,00,000 per annum
