Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales and Marketing Executive will identify and qualify prospective brand partners, conduct outreach, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. Responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to align sales initiatives with marketing strategies. The role involves conducting market research, tracking competitive activity, and reporting on campaign and sales performance. The Sales and Marketing Executive will also participate in client meetings, support negotiations, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, relationship-building, and deal support.
  • Proficiency in Marketing and Market Planning to support campaign development, positioning, and go-to-market activities.
  • Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in digital, influencer, or social media marketing environments is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools and productivity software for managing pipelines and reporting is beneficial.
