Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to understand trends and customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include creating and delivering presentations, managing promotional activities, and collaborating with the team to meet sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and Market Planning to identify trends and develop strategies
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills with a proven ability to drive growth and build partnerships
• Exceptional Communication skills for client relationship management and collaborative teamwork
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable business insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the influencer marketing or digital marketing industries is advantageous
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
