Role Summary
We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive (Lead Generation) for our Interior Design business. The role focuses on generating and coordinating qualified interior leads through field outreach, local partnerships, and marketing efforts. You will work closely with the design and business team to convert opportunities into client meetings and projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation (Core Responsibility)
- Generate qualified interior design leads through on-ground networking and outreach
- Build strong local connections with:
- Property dealers/brokers
- Builders & contractors
- RWAs
- Housing societies & communities
- Actively identify potential clients and create a pipeline of genuine enquiries
- Ensure leads are verified, relevant, and conversion-ready
Sales & Coordination
- Share and coordinate qualified leads with the internal team for follow-ups
- Support client interactions: basic requirement understanding, site visit coordination (if needed)
- Maintain lead tracking (follow-ups, status, outcome) and report updates regularly
Marketing Support
- Help execute local marketing initiatives (offline promotions, references, society tie-ups, etc.)
- Assist in creating/using marketing material for lead conversion and visibility
Requirements
- Dedicated person ONLY responsible for generating Interior Design leads
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with field work and meeting people daily
- Experience in Pitampura / NSP / nearby areas is preferred
- Prior exposure to interior design / real estate / architecture industry is a plus
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Market Research & Market Planning to spot opportunities and trends
- Experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably service-based)
- Strong Customer Relationship Management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/related field (preferred; experience can substitute)
- Proactive mindset, presentable personality, and good follow-up discipline
Compensation
- 15,000 20,000 per month + Incentives
- Performance-based incentives for each converted lead/project
