Job Title: Tele Sales Intern (Commission-Based | Remote)

Location: Remote

Duration: 1.5 Months

Compensation: Commission-Based (Paid per converted lead)

Working Hours: Flexible

About Focus Realm:

Focus Realm is a Learning Management System (LMS) designed to help schools manage and streamline their online resources. Currently in our beta testing phase, we are working with schools to enhance their digital learning experience. Upcoming features include a real-time student performance tracker and an integrated AI learning assistant.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Tele Sales Intern to help us connect with potential schools and promote our platform. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for someone who is self-driven and interested in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Call leads provided by the company and pitch Focus Realm's offerings
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of our platform and answer any initial queries
  • Encourage schools to sign up for a free beta test/demo
  • Keep records of calls, responses, and follow-up dates
  • Coordinate with the team for regular updates and strategy adjustments

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with decision-makers
  • Ability to understand and explain basic product features
  • Access to a phone/laptop and stable internet connection
  • Prior experience in sales or customer interaction is a plus
