Job Description

Are you a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for technology Alienhouse Networks is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Intern to help expand our client base by connecting us with businesses seeking professional web and digital solutions.

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entire B2B sales cycle. We are looking for individuals who thrive on proactive outreach and have a natural talent for clearly articulating value and fostering new client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential business clients (prospects) who require services like web design, UI/UX, e-commerce, and digital solutions.
  • Outbound Communication: Initiate contact with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to introduce Alienhouse Networks services.
  • Service Pitching: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services, explaining how our solutions (Landing Page, CMS, UI/UX Design, E-commerce) can empower a client's business.
  • Sales Material Support: Assist in customising and preparing pitch decks, proposals, and introductory materials for client meetings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all outreach activities and client interactions in our tracking system.
  • Market Feedback: Collect and relay market feedback on service pricing and offering effectiveness to the core team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated comfort with proactive outreach and engaging with new contacts.
  • A strong desire to learn the full business development cycle for a digital agency.
  • Highly organized, self-disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a remote/startup environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software is a strong plus.
