About the Role
This is for people who want to sell sensibly, build relationships, and actually move metrics not memorize scripts. You'll be in the thick of client outreach, pitch refinement, and conversion work for a growing Indian finance brand.
Responsibilities
You will own real revenue-facing tasks from day one:
- Prospecting & lead generation across channels (cold outreach, referrals, inbound follow-up)
- Qualifying leads and maintaining CRM hygiene (tags, notes, follow-ups)
- Drafting and refining sales pitches tailored to financial products (SIP, mutual funds, demat accounts, advisory services)
- Supporting product demos, client calls, and pitch meetings
- Tracking conversions and preparing simple performance reports
- Working with marketing to convert campaign leads into clients
- Learning objection-handling and negotiation and applying it in real conversations
This is action-first: you'll be measured on leads moved and relationships built.

Requirements
You'll succeed here if you:
- Are driven by targets and comfortable with outreach
- Communicate clearly and persuasively over call and email
- Are organized with CRM or willing to learn quickly (HubSpot/Zoho/Sheets)
- Can think commercially and handle rejection without drama
- Have basic awareness of financial products (helpful but not mandatory)
- Are reliable in a remote setup with occasional in-person sessions
- Take ownership missed follow-ups = missed revenue
No degrees required. Results > credentials.
