Job Description

Generate qualified sales leads and book meetings for the Business Development Lead to close. Also assist in admin & hr role for group company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Cold Calling : • Make 25-30 cold calls per day • Use structured call scripts to qualify prospects • Book qualified discovery calls • Handle objections professionally • Log all activities in CRM 

Email Outreach : • Send 80-100 personalized cold emails per week • Create follow-up sequences (3-5 emails) • Track opens and clicks • A/B test subject lines and messaging 

LinkedIn Prospecting : • Send 40-50 LinkedIn connection requests per week • Pitch value proposition via messages • Engage with prospect content • Book meetings from LinkedIn outreach 

Proposal Support & Pitching : • Assist with proposal preparation • Create basic pitch decks • Present features/benefits to prospects 

CRM & Reporting : • Log 100% of all activities in CRM • Update prospect status in pipeline • Add detailed notes after each call/email • Create weekly activity reports

HR & ADMIN Support : - Assist in HR & ADMIN related requirements for group company  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must Have: • 1-2 years sales development or inside sales • Comfortable with cold calling and rejection • Strong phone and communication skills • Detail-oriented (CRM discipline critical) • Self-motivated and independent • Good Verbal & Written English 

Nice to Have: • Sales tools experience (Apollo, ZoomInfo) • LinkedIn expertise • B2B SaaS sales background • HighLevel CRM experience 

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Background: 1-2 years inside sales or sales development Personality: High-energy, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection Availability: Immediately available prefered or 2 weeks notice .
