About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in selling software products, technical services, or education aids to schools and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Zen Campus Software and building strong relationships with schools.

Business development roles typically focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach schools and educational institutions to promote Zen Campus Software.
  • Generate new leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to school management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, administrators, and decision makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work with channel partners and distributors to expand market reach.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in selling software products / technical services / education aids.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially with schools or educational institutions preferred.
  • Technical background will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to channel sales / partner management preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Qualification
  • Any Graduate
  • MBA in Marketing / Sales is an advantage.
